Kaushik founded G&S Quotient. He conceived, designed and led G&SQ™ product development.

In the past, Kaushik founded and led a knowledge process outsourcing boutique, specializing in investment research and enabling technology services, and catering to Wall Street firms - Sell side firms and IRPs (Interdependent Research Providers).

Kaushik successfully led early and mid-stage software technology and services companies to the next level through product and solution innovation. He also formulated entry and marketing strategiesand implemented those in new market segments and geographies. He created and sustained revenue bases in South and South East Asia, MEA (Middle East and Africa) and in the US. Prior to that, he extensively worked in private equity, investment banking, structured finance (GE Capital, India) and in credit rating (Fitch Ratings) areas in India. He is a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from Calcutta University in India.
